Handling Major Civil Litigation
In addition to handling his own cases, David Pruessner sometimes
assists other lawyers in their handling of major civil litigation.This work is accepted on a limited case-by-case basis, usually in connection with complex motion practice, jury charges, appeals, and insurance coverage issues.Much of this work is done for lawyers with whom he has a long-term relationship, including lawyers in the Law Offices of A. William Arnold, III, the firm of Gibson, McClure, Wallace & Daniels, L.L.P., and the firm of Fee, Smith, Sharp & Vitullo, L.L.P.While most of this work is done for counsel representing defendants, David occasionally assists plaintiff's counsel in the prosecution of large cases or in connection with insurance coverage issues.
